Complaints procedure

As a general practice, we strive to carry out our work as professionally as possible and consider it important that you trust us. Of course, it may happen that you do not feel satisfied with your contact with our practice. For example, you may feel that you were not taken seriously, or that you were unable to reach the practice properly. We would like to hear this as soon as possible so that we can discuss it with you and learn from it.

You can submit your complaint or comment by contacting one of our staff members directly or by using our online complaints form. One of our staff members will handle your complaint as soon as possible.
